International speaker, Gary Carpenter, has been ministering for 30 years, sharing God's Word and his own dynamic testimony about prayer and kingdom finances. He and his wife Sue live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Gary is strong in the prophetic and healing ministries.

Gary says, " We continue to be amazed at the truths contained in God's Word for us. We have been given a vast inheritance by our heavenly Father through the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ. But we can never partake of the full manifestation of our inheritance unless we know what is included in it. Our job as teachers in the body of Christ is to make known in simple terms what has been made available to you, and how to receive it. I have great expectations for this time and would love to see you there!"

This Sunday AM, September 22nd, hear Charlie Rogers!

Charlie Rogers will be speaking this coming Sunday morning, September 22 at 10:30 am. He will be telling us of the marvelous move of God in Grants, New Mexico, during the meetings he held there Sept. 13-15. Don't miss the opportunity to praise God for His goodness, and come expecting the same move of God among us at Bethesda Worship Center. Bring the sick, the lame, and the hungry-for-more-of-God! You WILL be blessed at the place of Love, Joy and Miracles.

Our service times have changed, as of September 1, 2013. They are:

  9:30am - Sunday School
10:30am - Morning Worship
  6:30pm - Wednesday Bible Study
  6:30pm - Friday Prayer service

Alice Corrales Sowles

Our Alice Sowles passed away on Wednesday, September 4th. She was a fabulous lady, full of faith and faithfulness. We called her our Minister of Love. Alice had a marvelous sense of humor, and a sly wit. She will be greatly missed at Bethesda. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Cary Sowles. Please remember him in prayer in the coming days. He is a strong man of God, and he will make it through the sorrow - because he has hope in the life to come.

What a great night we had at Trunks of Treats on October 31st!! Approximately 200 people came through our Treats Yard. Wonderful costumes, sweet people. The gospel, or some portion thereof, was presented at least 7 times to each one attending. One young girl invited Jesus into her heart. One-and-a-half hours were spent just loving on people and giving candy and the gospel message. 51 different family groups attended from the Tahlequah area. A great, victorious evening! Thanks to all who helped, and thanks to all who came! Talk has already begun about next year's Trunks of Treats!
