Christmas Happenings
What a wonderful busy time of the year! Things are coming up all the time. Keep your eye on this spot for breaking news. Here are things that are planned just now:
- December 5th at 6:30pm is our annual Thanksgiving/Christmas fellowship dinner at BWC. Good food, good music, plus. Bring a dish and join us. We promise a good time.
- December 10th, Friday at 7pm, is the Tahlequah Christmas parade. We will have a float in the parade. It is the Nativity story. Our theme is "Jesus is the Star of Christmas." Events in October
We are excited at Bethesda Worship Center about all the things that are happening. Keep an eye on this blog for constant updates of upcoming events and happenings.
Not many people will be scholars when it comes to the Word of God. But all people can be students of the Word. I encourage all of you to be students. Paul tells Timothy to "study to show yourself approved unto God." And Peter tells us to "be ready always to give an answer to anyone who asks us concerning the hope that we have." If we don't know, if we can't articulate, then we lose opportunities. There is a thrill in opportunities that is not experienced any other way. We take the opportunity, and we trust God to fill our mouths when we open them wide for him. He won't let us down, and I know you won't let him down either.
